Protein Bar Recipes

I love protein bars, they're a great quick easy meal that keep you full longer than your usual high sugar and high carb bar and great if you're looking to lose weight, tone up or increase your muscle mass. Buying protein bars from the shops however can get very pricey, and the taste is often quite average.

So.... why not make your own? I'm trying out different protein bar recipes and sharing with you the ones that I think not only taste the best but also are light on the wallet, so keep this page marked and check back regularly for more recipes.

My first "winning"recipe is....
